Key Responsibilities

Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Supply Chain and warehouse management operations. Some important tasks will include:

1. Supervising stock levels to ensure the business is operational.
2. Managing Stock accuracy and maintaining the damage/expiry stock process.
3. Supervising, training, and appraising warehouse staff.
4. Keeping acceptable record of stock, shipments, and receipts.
5. Workplace safety - implementation of health & safety.
6. Use of ERP systems with high-quality data management and presentation of information.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for the role you must meet the following minimum criteria:

1. Diploma or intermediate level education (preferably Supply Chain Management).
2. 3-4 years relevant experience preferably in the FMCG environment.
3. Ability to organize, lead and management.
4. Experience in ERP and IT systems would be an advantage.
